Welcome to the AHNCC Certificant Online applications. The following programs are available for your use to access information about your certification, or to update information needed to keep in touch, and to prepare for re-certification.

Personal Information Update allows you to update contact information, license information, and other information about you.
From there you can also:

  • View your AHNCC Certification information (Limited certification information was originally kept in only one record, updated and replaced with each re-certification. Not all information was captured in the records. The original application was kept on paper or scanned files. Going forward, each time you recertify, you will create a new record, with more information, and will then keep a history of your certification.)
  • View, add, and update Education records (Education information may not have been captured from earlier applications. You may enter it here for future recertification applications.)
  • View, add, and update CE Portfolio (CE Portfolio information may not have been captured from earlier applications. Earlier applications are maintained as scanned history files. You may enter CE information here for future recertification applications. NOTE: CE hours and certificates may be entered at any time. However, proof of CE hours is only required if your Re-certification application is chosen to be randomly audited. CE information would be requested at that time)
