Her 3-part program, Grief Embodied, invites us to explore the sorrow we carry with curiosity, compassion, and care. It’s a beautiful opportunity to transform heartbreak into healing together. During these programs, we learn to honor our pain while opening space for joy, connection, and celebration. The program is designed to welcome those who want to explore alone, those who benefit from community, and those who would like one-on-one guidance. Many nurse coaches feel uncertain about how to design a program, communicate its value, or gain organizational support. This session offers a clear, actionable blueprint for building a sustainable hospital-based nurse coaching program that enhances nurse well-being, reduces burnout, and improves retention. Participants will walk away with practical strategies, realworld examples, and the confidence to begin creating meaningful change within their organizations.
