Congratulations to James Welch, AHNCC Board Treasurer, for being celebrated in SigEp Journal. Jim has been a Holistic Nurse for 40 years and his approach to nursing, as well as his personal life, is based on his ability to embrace and engage his spirit, mind, emotions, and body in all that he does. Rather than focus on bio-medical tasks, Jim focuses on his client’s lives. This emphasis facilitates people to open up to him and share information that will help promote their healing and well-being. Jim’s work with the American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Corporation gives him the opportunity to continue to support diverse nursing populations through a Holistic Nursing lens . Give Jim a big shout out for his tremendous work to move Holistic Nursing forward..

The atmosphere was electric as nurses showed their excitement at becoming certified and spending time with those nurses who are like minded and certified already. AHNCC had their own booth and had many giveaways and information on Certified Holistic Nursing and Certified Nurse Coaching. AHNCC hosted a reception with over 125 in attendance.
