We are pleased to provide this online primary source verification service to certificants, hospitals, healthcare organizations, credentialing agents, or others, for the purpose of verification of current AHNCC certification status.
AHNCC Certifications are the only nationally accredited certification programs in Holistic Nursing and Nurse Coaching.

This service is provided as a convenience to expedite the credentialing process. By accessing this site, you acknowledge the information provided by this service is confidential and that you have proper release from the certificant to obtain such information.
NOTE: If you cannot locate a practitioner or if you have any questions, please contact AHNCC at info@ahncc.org directly. To verify certifications for the previous month, we must access information from our new test management company C-NET. (We started with C-NET just as COVID started. Updating the AHNCC database directly with new certifications has been delayed.)
If further information is required that is not included in the online verification, please note that a release form from the certificant may be required.
To check Active certification status, enter the Last Name, First Name, and State of Residence. Certifications should be renewed within 6 months of the expiration date on the certificate. After that date the certification becomes Inactive.
Status shown may be “Active Certificant”, “Active Retired”, or “Inactive”. (Credentials are not valid for “Inactive” certifications. The due date for “Inactive” certifications is the date the status will be changed to Expired. The certificant may re-certify at any time before that due date with the proper requirements. After that date, renewal requires retaking the exam. The Nurse Coach HWNC-BC requires an “Active Certificant” Holistic Nursing certifications, otherwise the Nurse Coach certification is NC-BC)
