AHNA is the professional nursing specialty membership organization representing Holistic Nursing. AHNCC and AHNA are two separate organizations. AHNCC is the national credentialing organization for Holistic Nursing and Nurse Coaching.
The American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA) is the national specialty nursing association for Holistic Nurses and other holistic healthcare professionals. AHNA serves more than 5200 members, across the U.S. and internationally, and is the definitive voice for the specialty of holistic nursing, responsible for setting practice standards and competencies.

Membership in the American Holistic Nurses Association is obtained through the AHNA https://www.ahna.org/ which is a separate entity from AHNCC.
AHNCC is a separate entity from AHNA.
Membership in AHNA is not required to apply for, or maintain, AHNCC certification.
