Nurse Coach Board Certification Examination
NC-BC®

There are 140 items on the current examination, 120 of the items are scored and 20 are experimental. Candidates must get 72% of the scored questions correct to pass. The new experimental or “pilot” questions are embedded in the test and are not scored. Pilot testing new questions allows for the evaluation of questions to determine if they are valid before they become scored questions.
