Free, Daily, Live Self-Compassion Meditation Sessions
The non-profit Center for Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC) is offering free daily 45-minute drop-in sessions for anyone interested in meditating together during this time of social-distancing and quarantine. These sessions will be led by senior Mindful Self-Compassion teachers and be comprised of a short opening talk, a guided meditation of about 20-25 minutes and then a time at the end for unmuting for brief comments and time to wave goodbye. Short and sweet. Nothing fancy.
